Privacy Policy

Summary. TTXVN Nghị quyết 57 is a read-only ChatGPT plugin for finding and displaying TTXVN information about the implementation of Resolution 57. The plugin does not create accounts, accept payments, sell personal data, or use advertising or behavioural tracking.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to the public MCP service and widget provided by TTXVN Nghị quyết 57, including /mcp, /preview, and this page. It does not apply to ChatGPT or to websites opened from article links; those services have their own privacy policies.

2. Data the plugin receives

When ChatGPT invokes a plugin tool, the MCP service receives only the tool arguments needed to return the requested information. Depending on the feature, these may include:

• a search query about Nghị quyết 57;
• a selected leader identifier, category identifier, organization identifier, province/city identifier, tab, or page number; and
• standard HTTP connection metadata processed by the hosting infrastructure, such as IP address, request time, user-agent, and request path.

The plugin does not request names, email addresses, passwords, payment data, government identifiers, health information, files, contacts, or location coordinates from users.

3. How data is used

Tool arguments are used only to retrieve, filter, paginate, and display relevant public-interest news and reference content in ChatGPT. The service does not use tool arguments to build user profiles, target advertising, make automated decisions about users, or train its own models.

4. Data sharing and external services

To return requested results, the MCP server sends the minimum relevant search or filter arguments to the following data services operated for the TTXVN/NVSK information system:

• 202.6.96.196/apinvsk for leadership-related source article searches; and
• 202.6.96.112/apinvsk for profiles, events, categories, organizations, and locations.

The resulting article metadata and links are returned to ChatGPT so that the widget can display them. When you choose an article link, your browser or ChatGPT client opens the source publisher directly. The source publisher then processes your visit under its own privacy policy. Article images may also be loaded directly from the publisher or TTXVN image domain shown in the article data.

We do not sell personal data or disclose it to advertisers. We disclose data when required by applicable law or when necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service.

5. Retention

The MCP application does not write tool arguments, ChatGPT conversation content, or user profiles to an application database. Tool arguments are processed in memory for the duration of the request and then discarded. The application does not create persistent user accounts or plugin cookies.

Infrastructure access logs may be retained by the hosting provider for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention according to the hosting provider's configured retention period. The plugin operator does not use these logs to identify users or create behavioural profiles.

6. Security

The public service is delivered over HTTPS. Access to the upstream content APIs is performed server-to-server; API credentials are not exposed in the ChatGPT widget. Reasonable technical and organisational safeguards are used to protect the service, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

7. Your choices and rights

You may choose not to use the plugin or not to submit a query. Because the application does not maintain user accounts or store tool arguments in an application database, it generally cannot retrieve, correct, or delete a personal profile associated with plugin use. You may exercise rights available under applicable privacy law, including asking questions about this Policy, by contacting vnaservice@vnanet.vn.

For personal data processed by ChatGPT, use the controls and privacy processes provided by OpenAI. For personal data processed by an article publisher after opening a source link, contact that publisher directly.

8. Children

The plugin is not designed for or marketed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children through the plugin.

9. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy when the plugin's data practices or applicable requirements change. We will publish the updated version on this page and update the effective date.
